I need a new eye make-up remover and I never seem to get one that does the job properly. It looks like its all off and then the next morning I've panda eyes. I also find some of them irritate my eyes.

Okay these are the ones that I have already tried and didn't find the best.

Clinique - All About Eyes. Probably the best I've used but leaves my eyes red.
Origins - Well Off (so stingy!!)
    Lancome - Bi-Facil
    L'Oreal- De-maq Expert

The Simple one. It removes my heavy eye makeup no problem and is obviously gentle.

Lush do a cleanser called Ultrabland that is an excellent eye makeup remover as well, only thing I've found that properly removes eyeliner. I've been using it for about three years, no way I'd use anything else now! And I have sensitive skin, I react to a lot of things, but I've no problem rubbing the stuff on my eyes!

I have sensitive eyes and use contacts, but use the boots own brand, in a blue bottle..they also have a green one with cucumber but that one is rotten imho.
i find it very effective and reasonable, compared to other fancy ones on the market..give it a go, it's cheap anyway!

Eek, I was gona suggest the clinique take the day off and lancome bi-facial but youve already tried them! Do you do a full face cleanse (one with water) afterwards? If not maybe that would help get rid of any excess.

I've tried Boots blue eye-make up remover and Simple's supposedly 'gentle' one, both of whcih made my eyes stingy and red..attractive!

Ultrabland is pretty good, but I use this and it works really well for me anyways! http://www.healthinajiffy.co.uk/images/garniercleansensmilk.jpg

i have the most sensitive eyes ever, literally everything and anything stings them.i use the simple one but i find the rimmel one great, its not greasy at all and it doesnt sting one bit even if i get it in my eyes, its about 5euro in boots

Virgin Vie do one that is pretty good, the eye make up slides off with a lot less rubbing then is needed with any other eye make up remover I've ever tried and it's fairly comparable price wise with other ones on the market (bout €18 I think for a bottle that would last me a few months of daily use).

a little bit of vaseline on a cotton ball works very well! and it wont get into your eyes

Why spend all that money for brand products? A lot of them contain alcohol anyway ...

The best product for removing makeup is Witch Hazel and Rose Water mix. You can buy bottles of it in the chemist or in boots for less than 3 quid. I've never had such clear skin after using it .... great for taking off makup but is really gentle on skin and eyes. It's usually kept over where the medicines are rather than the makeup.

I use the one from the Boots Expert range. It's oil based so doesn't sting or irritate my eyes.

I always use one from Nivea. Can't fault it. It removes all traces of eye makeup and doesn't make my eyes red either

Thanks everyone for the replies. I've used the Lush one before, years ago and thought it was good. I totally forgot about that one! It's a great cleanser but I prefer using liquid eye make-up removers rather than lotion/creams. If you get me. I'll head down to Boots and have a look at the others suggested! Ooh what to choose!:)

And Vaseline on your eyes like that? Are you mad??!!
