I' not sure if this is the right forum so feel free to move it to somewhere appropiate

My brother was still-born. It was before i was born so i dont know when. I have an idea of the year but thats the only info i have.
I cant ask my parents about it.
I was wondering if there is any way that i can find out things like his date of birth and where he is now.
    Thanks.

Obviously its hard but asking your parents is the best idea imo.Afaik the local hse office should be the place to look for birth marriage and death certs, try there.
