My friends car failed the NTC because registration plate in front was a slightly broken (!?) Anyway where my friend could get a new plate? cheers,

Halfords (bring licencing cert - they think we have UK law here)
Any motor factors
Quite a lot of main dealers have machines too and may do up a set for you.
