Is there anywhere in the boards where we can calmly discuss Moderation? What makes a good Mod, what should be allowed, what shouldn't be and so on. I only ask because if you question a Mod anywhere else, you could get kicked out.

Yeah. Somebody created a thread on the GAA board called, Thank you Mickey Harte. Blackbelt locked it and banned the OP on an accusation of trolling; he claimed that the OP was making fun of a similar thread, Thank You Paul Caffrey.

My problem is that Blackbelt had no way of proving that the OP was making fun of the Caffrey thread and even if he was, sure isn't it only a bit of crack?

I'm new around here and I'm not sure how things work and I can't even imagine what it's like to moderate the GAA board but wasn't that a little heavy handed?
