Average building prices

    Hi

    Does anyone have access to information on average buidling prices in the Munster area. I am looking for information on the range of prices being quoted per sqaure foot or per square metre by builders.

    if anyone can give me an idea of what they are being charged I would greatly appreciate it.

    I have been looking around and some are quoting around €90 per square foot and others are up around €150 per square foot!
