    Hi,

    I'm looking for a band to join, yet again. Been playing bass 8 years and keys longer. I'm 21. I'm in college and I'm located on the south side of Dublin.

    Gear: I play either a Fender Mexican p-bass/Ibanez soundgear 500. I no longer have a stage piano but I still have a entry level synth - a Roland Juno-D.

    Big list of bands I like: Afghan Whigs, Air, BJM, Arcade Fire, Beatles, Beirut, Bela Fleck,Captain Beefheart, The Clash, Dr. John, Elliot Smith, Parliament/Funkadelic, Hawksley Workman, Herbie Hancock, Massive Attack, Mogwai, My Bloody Valentine, Primal Scream, PIL, Radiohead, Rage, RHCP, Stone Roses, Television, Tom Waits, Yo La Tengo

    Most likely will say "no thanks" to: Metal bands, blues bands, covers bands, poppy electro type bands.

    If you're interested, please reply and link a myspace or something similar.

    Hi there,

    We are an original band looking for a bass player. We are currently playing covers just to get us out there in the giging scene but want to stick to originals after that. We would be a soft rock kind of band nothing too heavy.

    Any recordings? Influences? Location? etc.

    No intention of playing covers, btw.
