Hi There can anyone recommend ,from personal experience, a good tanning cream that actually does bring up a colour faster i.e which type of Australian gold etc ? Thanks

california tan make one, but you really need to go for the stage 1 to begin with.

without a lotion it seems that only about 40% of the uv rays are absorbed by the skin, the balance being reflected away.

sunbeds should not be used on a regular basis
