Is Ben Dunne opening up new Gym in KIldare

Hi, I heard a rumour the other day that Ben Dunne was opening a new Gym in Kildare. Around the maynooth Celbridge area? Can anyone confirm this? Would be great if it opened up in Celbridge cause all they have is that Sh**ty Gym in the Mill !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Rob
