i did a three year ordinary degree in Griffith college,i never claimed the tax relief on my fees. I'll ring the college during the week but was wondering if it's possible to claim tax relief on previous years fees?

Yes. The credit can only be offset against tax paid tho, so you'll need to have paid x amount of tax to be able to get it back.

Only applies to tuition fees though, registration fees dont qualify

you say offset against tax, given that there is enough tax paid would it just be added to your tax free amount for the year or would you get it bk in cheque form?
