Has anyone an idea of where i could pick up a nice raincoat. Ive seen someone wearing one which was see-through and had flowers around the bottom-including plastic flowers!! Any ideas would help

That sounds pretty, I would suggest trying H+M, I got a cool on there a few years back with little brollys on it, and I know Penneys have some cute ones just in...wouldn't break the bank...
