    Hi!
I'm just after moving to Dub, starting postgrad in DCU and was wondering if anyone could tell me where the nearest weight watchers would be? It'll be my first time joining, but I'd really like to get started and keep motivated!
    Thanks very much!

Wow! That sounds great, and congratulations!
    How does Celebrity Slim work?

Also, when are the WW meetings on?
    Thanks!

weight watchers meetings from 5.15 and another at 6.15

celebrity slim works like this , 2 milkshakes 2 apples and 1 meal per day

the meal has to be protein and low carb

like id have grilled chicken fillets and stir fryed peppers onions , mushrooms etc

    1/4 protein 3/4 veg

ur body normally uses carbs to burn for energy , but it starts to burn fat for energy
