I've just set-up a account on FT and have to say I find it terrible software, the interface is as poor as I-poker, the amount of disconnections is a joke and its on there side, as my broadband is still up and I'm still connect to other sites.

Also, I contact support last week and it took them a week to come back with the incorrect answer. I've still not heard from them. Its a very poor site and I can't understand how people think its actually a good site. I also find the software very slow.

Is other people having the same problem?

Also, the 2.5k buy-in event had 5k starting chips with 30 min blinds. Its a 2 day event. I dont think thats a great structure for a big online event, I know the blinds are slower than stars, but not by much

I'm really surprised to hear any complaints about the software. Don't think I ever had a disconnection, unless I was disconnected.
Can't comment on support, as I've never had a reason to contact them.
I do think their blind structure is much better(slower) than stars.

Only played a little on Tilt last year, was happy enough with the software but finding a table that had 1 fish was hard at 50nl/100nl, that said I wasn't using any tracking software at the time so meh.

Never had a problem with disconnects although I haven't played there in a while so could be a recent thing. Never dealt with their customer service, but I like the software and I think their tourney strucures are better than stars, particularly for lower buy in events.
I suppose the software can be a bit slow, but this would only be a problem for me if I were multitabling cash. For tournaments I think that they're great.

And they are having huge delays with cashouts, esp checks

It is much better then Ipoker, not even close. I never had an issue here although I did find it slow in the states although that may have been Pahud causing it to hang.

Although stars is still comfortably better imo

I used to play a lot of HU STTs on Full Tilt and I have to say I didn't experience any connection probs and as well as that there were loads of value in them.

love the software, but am having a huge issue with disconnects at the moment.

everybody on my table and seem to be getting disconnected. If this problem was resolved and online support was given or email improved, I wouldn't have a problem. I still think Stars is the business

Not a fan of fulltilt either... I moved part of my roll there to get started with PLO and I had serious connection / lag problems. For me, these connection problems were worse than ipoker but my broadband is a bit of a joke :/
I tried to make a withdrawal to my neteller about 2 weeks back and it took a week to go through. I sent 3 emails during this time to support and only got a reply to the third, like 5 days after i sent the first

I find the software to be the best there is. One thing I hate is the 'pot' bet button.

I think Stars software is the best, but I'd rate full tilt a clear second best way ahead of the rest. I do agree with the issues concerning their support, its the worst of all the sites I've played on.

I have never had disconnection problems with them.

The software isnt perfect but better than most of the competition. I dont know how people can play on Paddy Power.

I play mostly plo and welcome its addition. Ultimately you dont have to use it so cant see why it bothers you

it bothers people because before it existed, it was easier to read into betting amounts, as most people used to type in the amount. Now its easier to click pot, and gives away less information.

personally prefer it being there myself

Another reason is that donks don't know how to bet and this makes drawing a lot tougher as they love the pot button, where as before they bet stupid amounts allowing you to control the pot much easier. Does work the opposite was as well of course when the donk pot to you and you have the nuts.
