Anti-static mats....where to get?

Anybody have any idea where I can get an anti-static mat for my home office? I do fair bit of messing around with the PC innards and would like to get one of these to put under the office chair to avoid any static mishaps.

Preferably somewhere in the Cork area. Haven't gone traipsing around any of the PC/furniture stores yet....want to see if somebody out there can shortcut my way to this!

    Ta!

much more straightforward to get the wristband to be honest:

used by PC parts manufactuerers the world over.

of course my old system was an aluminum case so it was never really an issue.

I usually build on a table near a radiator and touch it every so often

It is pointless putting the mat under your chair, wrist strap is a better option. If you do buy a mat it is better to put it on the bench you do you 'messing' on. Remember the mat or strap should connect to earth via suitable size resistor to prevent accidental electocution (usualy built into shop bought ones). Might be an idea to buy something like this if you are serious about antistaticness.
