Attic Insulation implications for BER

    Hi
    Was intending to insulate my attic but with the new BER coming in nxt yr I am finding it hard to track down a site with the critera for the BER as regards attic insulation (or any other home energy ratings for that matter). The sei.ie website is pretty useless

    Does anyone know of any sites that do comparrisons or rating critera?

    P.S also thinking of getting new windows so same question applies for u-valuesand BER
