Best Way to Deal with Ghosts?

The activity in my room has gotten to the point where it is annoying me. Before it used to be just a mild thing, but over the past few weeks it has steadily escalated.

About a week ago, at 4am, I was lying in bed completely conked out. My window was open and it was raining outside, but it wasn't all that windy. Suddenly my door gets.. best way to describe it .. kicked open. I jump out of bed and the first thought that runs through my head is that somebody had came through the front door. With my window being open, the draught might have made my door open with such force. So I stood there listening for a few minutes. I couldn't hear the door unlocking/locking, opening or closing, nor could I hear any movement in the house. I was totally alone. For about ten minutes after that I could feel like there was somebody standing beside my bed staring at me. What makes it that bit more scary is that in my minds eye (don't know how else to explain it), I could hear a shout in the hallway, just outside my door.

I have an xbox in my room and on top of it are some games and a speaker. Two nights after that occurance, I was lying in bed with my girlfriend when suddenly, for no reason whatsoever, my speakers and games just fall straight to the ground, as if somebody had tugged on them. There was nothing else in the room (the cat was outside somewhere).

Two nights ago we were once again in bed when I could hear a door moving (possibly because of the wind, though I couldn't hear any strong winds). I don't have a curtain as such, just a sheet draped over the window. Shortly after hearing the door moving, the sheet suddenly gets pulled clear off the window. I've been in this room on some severely stormy nights, and even on those only half the sheet would fall off. Myself and my girlfriend were looking right at it, and it looked too much as if it had been pulled off.

What are the other boardsies opinions?

You're best bet is to just react when these things happen and tell the ghost or whatever to piss off, be confident and forceful. Seriously.

    That's what I was thinking.

It's very peculiar as every other time I would be getting the sense of a female's presence (I can't explain how), but these past few have all been a male's energy. The night that my door kicked open and someone was standing over me, it was like something was trying to drag me to face them.

Sounds to me like you have some sort of ability to communicate that most people do not. Perhaps you should exploit this skill and confront your ghastly intruder.
