old War-time radio sound

    hello all

    im interested in bringing in a bit of that "old war time radio" type sound to a VO im working on.. kinda like "chumley warner" on harry enfield.. that type of thing.. the VO on this vid is the kinda thing im after http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWp-0TuY4Sk

    what kinda settings / effects do i need to be tweeking in Audition to get this kind of result?

    In Audition 2.0 on the "File Edit" menu along the top click

    >Effects>Filters>Quick Filter.

    There's a preset in there called "Old Time Radio".

    You just want to kill low frequencies and boost the mid-highs to get that narrowband sound.
