    Quick question Lads, Is the 3mb upgraded as well? Sorry, only a newbie here...

    Have you filled in the form on the website?

    As far as I know the old 3Mb pack (Express I think) was upgraded first to 6Mb then to 10Mb but existing customers need to fill out the form online to get the faster speeds. New customers get it straight away.
