Is the passport office in Balbriggan a walk in one where you can get an emergency passport or are you still required to go to the one in Dublin 2?

Just to clarify - there's a difference between an emergency passport and an urgent passport. I presume it's an urgent passport you require?

Yep, urgent passport is required. But since the Balbriggan passport office does not have a public office then its a no go for me!
