    Dear Marge

Try some fresh orange juice heat it a bit and lots of honey (muaka if ya have it) Keep doing this it ll def help and tastes yum!
Dont talk! Sing or shout should be gone in 2 days max but straining it could cause damage!
    Get better ASAP ;)

A mixture of lemon juice, hot water and honey is also good :)

Diluted warm tcp as a mouthwash ( works for sore throats anyway)
