Chorus Sagem Issue

I am really getting sick of the terrible customer service from UPC, anyway, I won't start that rant. Somehow my nephew managed to change the picture from 14:9 to 4:3 on the Sagem box AND put a pin number on the setup area of the menu, anyone advice how to remove besides spending the rest of my life on hold???

The master pin is usually 0044 but 0000 may also work.

Wow, thanks a million mate, really appreciate it (I had tried 0000, it is my movies PIN after all )

Really appreciate the quick response, people not having their boxes setup for widescreen really bugs me so I was struggling to watch TV

Yup, 0044 worked a treat, shows how boards is more powerful than google
