About 180 grams. Whats the quickest cooking method?

    Foil wrap in hot oven?

It sounds crazy, but put it in a roasting bag or brand new supermarket plastic bag, tie it off down at the turkey breast and boil it in a pot of water for 30-40 minutes. You can brush it with melted butter if you like and pop it in a hot oven for 10 minutes afterwards for colour if you like.
This way it cooks in its own juice and stays really moist :)

    Grilling is pretty quick.

Indeed, when in doubt. :) Turkey is a bugger for drying out. I'll douse it in oil and herbs.

    Mike.
