    Hi
On my laptop at home the "E", "W" and "Z" keys are not working, i have removed the keys and cleaned around them but still no joy. Does anyone have anyother ideas of what i should try to get it going?

Also is there a way to get the virtual keyboard on the screen for Windows Vista, can't find it myself
    Cheers in advance

Have you tried pressing down on the letters when the keys are removed? If it still doesnt work then it seems like a technical fault with the laptop, bit of a pain really

Was anything spilled on the keyboard?

The virtual keyboard can be found at:
Start - All Programs - Accessories - Ease of Access - On-screen Keyboard

warranty protection? If not you should still be able to buy a replacement keyboard from your OEM. Its easy enough to install and will have illustrated instructions.
