    Any advice for someone who would like to get into the discus? Are there any clubs in Ireland who specifically compete in this sport. I used to do it in Sports days in school and i as far as i can remember i always won it pretty easily.

    Just something i always wanted to try.

    Where are you based? Email this guy, he is an athletics ireland development officer and also a throws coach (javelin) so will lead in the right direction.
