Bags under the eyes

Any advice here would be appreciated. For the last year or so, I've become really self-conscious about large bags under my eyes. I had laser eye surgery done just over a year ago, and I'm wondering if that's the reason. Or perhaps I always had them, but they were less noticeable behind glasses frames. Either way, I'd love to be able to get them sorted. I always look so tired as a result, and it makes me look kind of ill when I'm otherwise quite healthy. I'm not normally too hung up on my appearance, I'm not particularly good looking or anything, but this is really bothering me. The only thing I can think of is that I drink a lot of tea every day so maybe the caffeine is affecting it. Any ladies recommend any good creams? I've tried L'oreal Men skin Expert but it's not much use.

I would bet money that this is not the reason. It's probably more that you never noticed them as much behind glasses.

As for advice - I'm not sure. People say a bit of Preparation H on them will help shrink bags but that might be an urban legend.

Nope - pile cream actually works. I'm living proof!

Really? There's no instructions on the tube for eye use, :D , so what do you recommend?

Have a problem with this myself, only really noticed them in the last few months and it makes me look tired alot of the time. From what i've read undereye bags are caused by fat deposits from the eye muscles that collect in the lower eyelid. If ,like me you've tried teabags, cucumber slices, ice cubes, etc.., theres always this option:http://www.harleymedical.ie/cosmetic-surgery-for-men/the-face/eye-bag-removal

Laser surgery doesn't cause bags under your eyes. I had the surgery a year ago and have had no such side effects.
I've heard the fact that Preparation H works on bags under the eyes from lots of people. Putting cold chamomile tea bags on the eyes also works.

My experience with Preparation H is to just slap it on liberally and prepare for magical results.

For bags under the eyes just put a small layer of it over the bags and leave it on overnight.

I shall try that, thanks. Some say I have a face like an a*se anyway :)
