So I know from extensive lurkage that the Brothers have a distinctive attitude to effort and strenous activities, but surely this is one excercisethat even the Brothers can get behind (and on top of if you prefer).

Exercise related posts aren't really in the spirit of BGRH but 300/60 = about 5 calories a minute. I don't think we should fall out over 5 calories.

The Brothers are never on top or behind, always on bottom.

That way there is less strain on the poor Brothers heart, and the wimmins involved can keep an eye on the rashers and butter bread while shaggin'.

300 calories an hour? I rarely last longer than 10 minutes and I always make her go on top and do the work so not much excercise in that for me. Keeps her trim though.
