    Quick question.

Does the North have an online planning and maps like the south does? Their version of GPlan or somethin like it?

    Not sure tbh.

I never do any work across the border so the matter never arises. I suppose the obvious answer is to log in to some of the councils web sites and trawl through them.

Planning is centralised in NI although The Planning Service do consult with local councils on their decisions.

There is no equivalent of the map search facility so its harder to find information about specific applications. You can search through recent applications from this page, divided by council area, but you won't find anything like the level of detail available in the South.
