    Nice pics I like the B&W, Curious as well, but do you approach your subjects first or just snap them?

    it's a balancing act , i hate images that are too posed, cheesey smiles, thumbs up etc. , and love the spontainety shots (cartier-bresson was the king) , capturing people in thought , like the man in the bar .. but i usually approach people afterwards , to say what i'm doing (sometimes i don't know myself though:rolleyes:0

    Im a bit of an amateur myself(http://www.glenndoylephotography.com ) and love this style, but have a lot of difficulty just shooting people openly and close up like you seem to be fond of.

    Third pic is probably one of your best portraits I've seen thus far Barry.

    You've really got great focus on the eyes, and great sense of personality. lovely capture.
