Does anyone know any good chocolate cake recipes? I'd like one that's very chocolatey.

    Very rich, very savage.

9oz butter (yes, butter, nothing else)
    9oz ground almonds
    9oz caster sugar
200g black chocolate, grated (i use between 70 and 80%)
    5 eggs, separated

    Preheat oven to 180.
Whisk the egg whites till stiff.
Cream butter and sugar in bowl, add egg yolks, then almonds and grated chocolate
Fold in the egg whites and divide the mixture between two sandwich tins.
    Bake for about 45mins.

Ice and sandwich w/ the blackest chocolate icing you can make. If you're in a rush, throw chocolate dots between the sandwichs, dust the top w/ icing sugar and serve straight away, hot w/ cream.
