    My absolute fave is Chris Botti. His finesse is 2nd to NONE.

    Miles is one of the all time greats. So is Louie. I'd LOVE to see Chris Botti in person. I've seen a lot of his shows on TV though. The pillows on stage covering up the wires is the best idea ever.

    Woody Shaw for his playing on Larry Young's Unity. Absolute firecraker stuff.

    Freddie Hubbard for making very important contributions to many 60s masterpieces.

    Miles, for sounding like Miles.

    Lee Morgan for composing Sidewinder, cracking tune.
