    Hi Guys

Maybe this has been asked a million times, but Im going on a cruise in the next few weeks, and will be on the ship quite alot in and out of pools and jacuzzis (hopefully!) however I am really really white and would love a good quality tan that would be ok in water I dont mind obviously re applying it during the week but could anyone recommend anything for me?

    thanks a mill!

I really don't think you will find a totally water resistant fake tan. Your best bet might be to bring a bottle of St Tropez Everyday and apply it daily.

I wouldn't normally recommend it as personally I don't find it as good as the original St Tropez but its not too expensive for the quantity you get and its supposed to build up.

From personal experience i can tell you that spray tan of any sort will not work.. they only last 5 days at the best of times before turning yucky and fading.- with water involved i can only imagine that the lasting power would be greatly reduced.

As for anything that will last i have no ideas..sorry

You could bring one of those tanning moisturisers with you, like Johnsons Holiday Skin. Since you'd be applying it every day or so as a body moisturiser it wouldn't fade over time.

I used St Tropez Everyday :Dwhen I was in Lanzarote swimming every day etc. I put it on at night when I was going out so it could sink in properly etc Id use the dark one if I was you as the medium one is very light and didnt show enough even on my very white skin!!

I'm going on hols to Portugal for 2 weeks next weekend. I can't tan whatsoever so am getting a spray tan just before. Has anyone had good results using a gradual tanner to keep the spray tan looking nice for the 2 weeks? I own the Dove one in medium.
