I think they use ups to deliver so you would more than likely have to pay duty.

I ordered from them and didn't have to pay any tax, my order was only around €50 so maybe there's a threshold? I'd be interested to hear if there is though, UGGS are only $165, plus they have $30 off any orders over $150 at the minute...
