How do I ensure I buy the right memory

    My question is can I buy Crucial PC2700 DDR-DIMM for my PC. The Crucial Memory scanner detected that I have DDR PC3200 memory, is it compatable?

    You can but the existing memory will only run at PC2700 speed, best to match them up and go for PC3200.
