First of all was there for 5 hours, was close to last on list so you have to wait your turn so allow time for travel etc.

Interview was competency based, you should have got a letter outlining what their definitions. Personally they only asked me these competencies and didnt even ask me what i was doing currently, what did i know about navy etc..

Im guessing that was because i was close to last so they didnt ask anything along those lines. They just asked me to give examples / scenarios of where i showed professionalism etc..

Was three people on the panel, each asked a couple of competencies, dont worry lads they are not there to catch you out. if you are prepared it will help alot, know your examples before you go in and you`ll fly through it.

Any other question feel free ask, just said id post this incase anyone was a bit nervous etc.

oh btw no harm to know the name of a couple of ships. the navy`s role and sub branchs. they might not have asked me but still i was prepared for it if they did.

EDIT: wow spelled interview wrong lol, my bad i type too fast sometimes without looking back =/

EDIT: Where? It looks fine to me from here ;):D

was for enlisted, im sure i would have gotten grilled for the cadets. tbh it was`nt the hardest interview, it was very standardised.
