Unbelievable. Thats the second year in a row now.

So disappointing for the organisers as well as everyone else I'd imagine.

    Anyone feel like emigrating?

They lost over €150,000 when they cancelled it last year, and they're going to lose a hell of a lot more than that this year :(

I only spent a few hours at the RDS this morning so I was tack cleaning, grooming Ali, getting everything ready etc. throughout the afternoon... Ali's going to be a bit shocked later when I go to the yard to take out his plaits, I think he was looking forward to going to such a big event and so was I!

ah there is nothing worse, especially after all that preparation! :(

I presume the show organisers have some sort of insurance to at least cover some of the cost of the cancellation.
    Typical irish weather! GRRR
