If u set up a moneybookers account you can lodge & withdraw to it , you can then deposit into the likes of pokerstars & full tilt

Be careful with this as you have to be aware that you will most likely be paying commission to change your money to dollars.
Betdaq also accept laser. I think Devilfish might accept laser aswell.

i use moneybrokers and don't pay any commission... so not too sure about above...

You get your euros converted to dollars for free? If you deposit to a site which holds your balance in euros you won't pay commission(ipoker sites like ppp gjp and boyles), but I'm fairly sure if you are depositing to stars or full tilt(balances held in dollars) you will get charged somthing

i lodge using laser and then transfer around different sites, withdrawing and depositing - it states on website there is no fee to deposit using laser - so at what point am i going to be charge commission, compared to what i'm sending - 80 cent in worth it - if thats the charge ur on about.

When depositing to the actual poker website from moneybookers, check if your euros have been converted at the correct rate to dollars. They may be charging you according to the bid offer spread or a direct percentage of the deposit.

obv if using moneybrookers for poker your going to have that in dollars as well -

Well if they convert at the correct rate on the day and don't charge according to a spread I stand corrected. If you don't get charged somewhere along the line that's quite generous. Getting a bit off topic so I'll leave it at that. Check it out for yourself nuxx if you decide to go down that route.

just tryed ladbrokes, must be the ugliest and least user friendly software iv ever seen, any1 recommend a better one?

Greenjokerpoker, boyles and paddypower all use the same software(ipoker network) so if you try one of them and don't like the software forget the others.
Betdaq and devilfish also use the same software (entraction) , but devilfish also has a cardroom on the boss network.
Stars and full tilt have nice software setups, but as mentioned before they don't accept direct laser deposits. Someone mentioned that partypoker accept laser aswell.
So download an ipoker site, entraction site and partypoker and see which you prefer.
If you don't fancy them go for stars or full tilt, but be prepared to get your money onto the sites through an intermediary.
Oh, and just checked the moneybookers site and you get charged 1.75% conversion fee through the spread (€17.50 on every €1000).
