I need to return for a visual inspection as Charleville was closed unexpectedly early yesterday. Can I do this at any NCT center? If yes, is Blarney or Charleville open today? Thanks :)

They are open 7 days. I put my last car through the NCT at 8 on a Sunday monrning before.
