If you had guaranteed good weather in Ireland, you wouldn't bother holidaying abroad.
I had always wanted to go to the Isle of Man as it seemed such a quaint yet appealing little island, then my cousin was killed there. Now it just presents images of horror.
Anyway, we went to Majorca, we chose the right week too as there was 4 days of torrential rain in Ireland while we were there - bliss!

    Took just over three weeks,

We had the odd detour though.
Down to Dallas and up to Vegas.

We rented the Biggest SUV's we could get out hands on.
    I personally was driving a 5.7ltr V8 :D

I would love to say more, but cant due to Multiple pending court cases against one of my fellow boardsie travelers for lewd, depraved and downright disturbing behavior across 12 states, often involving a rubber chicken*

May not actually be true (Except for the rubber chicken part... that IS actually true) but its 4 O'clock on a Friday so its about time I stopped pretending to be working for the day and went home..

We went from Berlin to Beijing on the TransMongolian train. Berlin, St Petersburg, Moscow, Siberia, Mongolia, Beijing. Few days in Amsterdam to polish it off, then back to the real world.

Just got back from Pigeon Forge, TN and Myrtle Beach, SC. Had a great time. Went to a restaurant in Myrtle Beach and our waiter ended up getting into a fistfight with a customer. You don't see that every day.
