    hi all,

    me and the missus started getting in shape a few months back and came across these guys www.theonlinetrainer.net . cheap as chips which suited us cos of the budget!!! found them brilliant and have prob never looked better. only 3 weeks til the big day....yeahhh baby.

    €250 per person seems a bit steep to me for an online trainer. you can join one of ben dunnes gyms cheaper - €335 for 16 mths in Carlise.

    Me and my OH bought the Wii Fit!
    We love it, and you actually manage to get into shape whilst having a bit of fun.

    If you want to do something quick. Go Circuit Training. And obivously watch your diet as well.
