Did anyone read a book by Paddy Doyle, the world push up record holder. I was flipping throught he book. He has a lot of balls. He fought with multiple attackers, he came back to give a piece of him mind to people who did not help him. He is also a martial arts champion.

Yeah ive read it - he holds a ton of records. he holds the record for longest full contact sparring session, if i remember right it went on for a few hours with a fresh partner ever round. in the end he sparred every type of martial art there was from boxing to muay thai...

interesting read altough he does come accross as a 'ave a go hero' in parts.
