    Hi guys,

Im going to join the gym shortly but at the moment just dont have the monies to do so. Im a regular walker and eat well so Im in pretty good shape, howeer, the rain has been keeping me in doors and I'm conscious that I'm not getting as much excercise as I should be.

I was just wondering does anyone know of a decent work out video that has worked for them or someone they know?

I dont want anything too intensive, I just want something that gets the heart going and is a bit of fun too.

    Thanks a million

I got the Zoe Lucker Little Black Dress video a few years back when I wanted to get fit but not go to the gym. There's a few different sections -warm up, dance, box, yoga and toning. So you can do the whole video or just some of the sections. The boxing is good to get you all sweaty. Obviously, it's not gonna give you the same workout as a gym session but it's easy to follow.

If you have a Region 1 or region free DVD player than Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred is pretty good. She breaks it down into three different levels, each about 25 minutes each and you can progress through them as you get stronger. There's a bit of weight work on them which might not suit you but it's the cardio sections that I find more impressive anyway - very simple but effective.
