i came across these guys about 2 months ago and just want to recommend them to anyone who wants to work with a personal trainer but cant really afford the hourly rates. i have found these guys absolutely brilliant and i got a 12 week monitored program off them for 250 spuds. a mate of mine put me on to them as his rugby team were working with them for their preseason program. they really know their stuff so if ya need some professional guidance its worth a look.

    Ah come on now PCB,

Starting a bodyfat challenge then dropping off the planet and ignoring calls the day of it without so much as an apology or explanation,

If you have been in touch with Bwardrop then I take it all back,

    well some of it,

This sounds interesting, I assume though its all over the net/phone and they dont actually come out to you in the gym? That's what a personal trainer is all about in my opinion.

Can you share your experience of how they handled you?

Well, with the lies they're telling and the amount of spelling and grammatical errors.

They just stole pics form another site in america and claimed that the girl was from limerick.

Give me the 250 euro and i'll show you how to lift weights and tell you what to eat and i won't lie to ya boss!!

Seriously, don't touch them with a barge pole.

    The last girl here:

Go to a real PT if you feel you need to. Not an online cowboy.

If they're so good PCB show us some before and afters

    Hi Elessar,

i have 3 years liftiing experience so i was entering the process with them at a fairly high level. basically i filled out a screening form with them where i detailed all my physiological details and current 1rm. i then worked on a program that ended with me breaking 7/10 of my book end test records when i reported back for pre-season training. i spoke to one of the trainers every other day and really found them great. to me it was absolutely worth the money and i would recommend them to anyone.

@WOOD: look i am just recommending someone from good first hand experience. i know of 2 other less experienced trainers that have had similar positive experiences with this company. i know of alot more people that have had negative experiences with one-2-one personal trainers. tbh it makes no odds to me whether the success stories are valid or just put there for marketing purposes (as they are in most fitness and supplement sites i find) all i know is that they provided a great service to me and 2 others i know. im happy to endorse them to anyone and im fairly experienced and knowledgeable athlete

    OP,

please don't use Caps in theads titles....i instantly mark them for deletion as it's normally a shill way of drawing attention to threads.

Normal typing will be fine and your thread will still get the same amount of views.

    Cheers.

I knew I recognised that before picture from somewhere - and claiming that she did that in 12 weeks is just stupid.
Even if they are actually doing an ok job as OP says, their website sucks to say the least
