we are going on honeymoon in early september. basically we are flying from dub - heathrow, then to miami. we are staying in miami for 2 nights, then going on a cruise around the caribean for 7 nights. when we return to miami we are due to fly back to heathrow and then to dublin. i was wondering would it be expensive to add a few days in new york before returning home . any ideas

    Heya!
Congrats on the forthcoming wedding!!! :)

You will need to get on to the travel agent who booked it ( or the airline if you booked it directly). There is no real way to generalise as it depends on the ticket you got and the fare applicable. The cheaper fares generally are fully restricted which means no changes allowed, however if you got a more expensive fare the ticket may be changeable but for a fee and provided the same class of seat is available, if its not you will have to pay upgrade fees.

Know im not really helping, the moral of the story is check with the agent :)

    Good Luck ! :)
