My club have had the Fitframe for some time now and we are looking for new ways to use it, new exercises, etc. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Oh my god what a massive contraption to be used for dips and chins and.....???

I presume that's for people who can't get into a gym but own a field? Other than that or buiding a little fort I can't see the point of that thing. The instructions are hilarious, how can they count leaning against it as one of the exercises. That's like people who sell gates or walls saying "Did you know you can lean against it?"

Thanks for the replies and the link to the picture board. In fairness, it is for a team and is used by 20+ people at the one time usually. We have come up with about 20 different exercises already but I am told that there are a lot more than that.

For teams really, as mentioned. You see teams doing pushups etc, but bodyweight exercises are limited with no tools. I would highly recommended getting or making gymnastic rings to put on them. You could just lash them over a crossbar for a fraction of the cost of those fit frames, and easier to store away if working in an easily accessible field.

Also there are plenty of videos on youtube of guys doing very difficult moves, check out the first guy on this clip!

There are a few "groups" on youtube who do sort of the equivalent of breakdancing on bars. bartendaz and Calisthenics Kingz are worth a search for.

One of the guys from that video posted his training routine on another forum

some of us love to train everyday, I can show you the workout schedules we use:

one is 45 sets of 10 pull ups, 15 dips and 20 push ups every day or every other day.
the other is more comlicated and is spread throughout the week.

Monday 1000 pushups, 500 squats, 1000 toe raises and 200 pullups and stretching
Tuesday 1000 pushups, 500 dips, situps and stretching
Wednesday 1000 pushups, 200 pullups, situps, squats and stretching
Thursday 1000 pushups, 300 pullups, situps, dips and stretching
Friday 1000 pushups, 400 pullups, situps, dips and stretching
    Saturday all day stretching

as you can see, our workouts involve a lot of bw exercise with very high numbers. to improve, I'd suggest to set a goal like 300-500 pushups and do more sets like 100 x 3-5 and then improve over the time to the goal of 20 x 50.

That's impressive, thanks. I hear what you are saying about the cross bar and hoops but it is too restrictive. The Fitframe works well for us so I think I'll stick with that. I'm off to start my 1,000 chins !!:)
