excercise in between classes

    I've just taken up classes at the gym. I do 1 hour of aerobic and resistance training a day. That's 4/5 classes/hours a week.
    Do you think this is enough to make a change... I don't need to loose weight it's just for fitness, strength and toning. Would an additional fast walk or skipping in between be a good addition?
