Im thinking of taking up judo and thai boxing but I dont know if the training would be intense enough for me to abandon my 3 x 20 minute very intense interval aerobic sessions.Basically 2 nights of thai boxing and 2 nights of judo per week. I would also like some suggestions for weight training to complement this cardio work?

You dont get much more intense than 5 rounds on the pads in thai boxing.... and also the sparring and grappling aswell....

Agreed. The ole pad sessions in the fighters class are pretty tiring (or something's going wrong). I found the beginners class challenging when I was a beginner, though that wouldn't be the case now really.

So....how fit do you think you are? :)
