With the 9300 graphics card, your looking at older games for sure. It certainly wont play Crysis, and would struggle with the likes of Bioshock or Call of Duty 4. You would probably be able to play most strategy games from a year or two ago (Warcraft 3, Supreme Commander(?), Rome: Total War etc...), and older fps's, like Clive Barkers, possibly Fear on low settings, Elite Forces etc...

If you haven't played Portal yet then get it.

Same engine as HL2 and a great little game.

Fallout 2, The Civ series of games should work, Starcraft as well.
Vampire: The Masquerade should run fine if you can play HL2.

well you can get a fast graphics card agp, like 8600 or 8800 card and it,ll play games faster,or sell it and buy a dual core pc.try cod 1, 2, ut 2004 ,counterstrike ,medal of honor 1,2.3 , theres loadsa mods for half life, and HL2.YOU can build a dual core pc base unit. 4 200euros, use your old hd, and monitor .dont spend more than 80euros 4 an agp card. A dual core pc with an 8800 card 2gigram will play any game ,even crysis.

    Quake.

    That's all you'll need :p

Get yourself some fun like the older Command and Conquer games (you'll probably still find the boxed set with all the games except C&C3).

Get the orange box, theres some great stuff in there. Besides that I'd say get Stalker, that might run. Resident Evil 4 is worth a buy. You can get both those for 25 euro (together) in Game at the moment.

If you haven't played them yet....Game have the Fallout boxset back in stock. Fallout 1,2& Fallout Tactics for about 10 squid ;)

On a ATI 9300(or 9200 since I don't think there was a 9300) you won't get either of those games up. Thats a low end card 6 or 7 generations ago.

Yeah probably not actually. Sorry I don't know that much about Graphics cards. I've been out of the PC gaming scene since HL2, more of a console guy nowadays.

    warcraft 3 the frozen throne..
    tribes 2,
i know civilization 4 will run on it,

bleh, anyways, this link is handy if you can see if your pc can run it without searching for the games required pc specification.

    Company of Heroes???

It runs well on my 3 year old PC. I had to upgrade the RAM to 1 Gig, but you have that already. Not sure about the graphics card but mine is nothing special afaik. CoH still looks very impressive.
