I am looking for a yoga class to join in or near oranmore. I want a beginner's class, and one of the easy going ones - not a mad power yoga type thing as I am not very fit. Can anyone point me in the right direction? thanks.

I've gone to Hot Yoga a few times and that's really good. The instructor Tracey is so nice and helpful, it's a bit strenuous but you can take a break whenever you want and you'll feel great after it. Bit expensive though @ €15 a class.
