Tesco Mobile phones from €29 plus free €10 top-up, in-store only.

This is in-store only Tesco Mobile are offering a free €10 top-up with any Tesco Mobile phone purchased. Plus they've reduced the phones in price, they start at €29, for example the Nokia 2630 and Nokia 6070. The €10 top-up is additional to the credit that comes with the phone. I'm not sure how long this promotion lasts.
