    Anyone any idea what the above excersise is? It was included in my weights program from my coach but he's gone MIA so cant ask him and no results show up on google.

    Anyone any ideas?

    Just a guess but it sounds like negative rep glute ham raises, he/she (coach) probably assumed you couldn't do full gh raises as they are very very hard. If you don't have a gh raise machine you can use either a partner leaning on the back of your calves or facing away from a lat pulldown machine with your knees on the pad and the back of your calves hooked under the knee pads. Lower your self down pivoting from your knee with your body straight, if you can lift yourself back up great but not many can. If you cant use a short bar or lat pulldown handle (a neutral grip one works great if the gym has one) ect to push yourself up.
