    Folks,

My laptop (Dell Inspiron 6000) recently was pimped by adding large hard disk and extra ram.

They chap who fixed this also put on Windows.

There are very few programs on the pc and i have loads of memory and space etc.

Anyway problems is that in the past few days the control pad and when i also plug in a mouse the left click and the right click are not working properly. The only way i can left click at the start is to plug in a mouse and i have to be quick as the pointer is jumping around the screen. Then when i use the control pad on the laptop the lrft click occasionally works and the right click does not work at all.

I have spent all evening downloading all the various malware, spyware and other fixing tools but no problems were detected.

Any other tips appreciated but i am not a pc tech expert? :(
